AI and Technology for Marketers
calendar-heart-02 September 23-25, 2026 location Oxon Hill, MD
WHY WE ARE IN THE ROOM

Pilot to production is not a capability gap

The distance between a working AI pilot and something running in production is almost never about the model. It is about who owns the output when it is wrong, which team absorbs the extra review load, and what gets decommissioned to make room. Those are organisational questions with organisational costs, and they are the ones nobody puts on a conference slide. Three days is enough time to have that conversation properly, which is why we are bringing a stand rather than just a delegate pass.

1
Bring your stack diagram
Turn complexity into clarity - unify fragmented marketing, sales, and financial data into a single source of truth.
2
A room, not a demo loop
Seating and a door. If a conversation needs forty minutes rather than four, we would rather have it here than in a corridor.
3
Coffee that is not conference coffee
Unserious, but it is the reason people come back on day two.

Worth twenty minutes if you own

ai-and-martech-leadership
AI and MarTech leadership
You have pilots running and no agreed definition of what moving one into production actually requires.
marketing-operations
Marketing operations
You are stitching tools together faster than anyone can document them, and the documentation debt is now the risk.
data-and-governance
Data and governance
You are being asked to sign off on systems whose failure modes nobody has written down.
We are at MGM National Harbor, 23 to 25 September
Tell us which day suits and we will work around your session schedule. Longer slots are limited and go first.
Masters of Marketing
calendar-heart-02 October 20-23, 2026 location Orlando, FL
WHY WE ARE IN THE ROOM

The biggest room, and the hardest one to talk in

Masters is the densest gathering of senior client-side marketers on the calendar and the worst place on earth to have an unplanned conversation. Everyone is between sessions, everyone is being approached, and nobody has twenty free minutes by accident. So we run this one differently: a stand for people who want to drop by, and a diary that is mostly booked before anyone gets on a plane. If you want time with us here, lock it early rather than hoping to find us.

Find us on the floor

Open through the conference. Drop by, or book ahead if you want the quiet room.

1
Somewhere to sit down
The scarcest thing at this conference is a chair and ten minutes. We are providing both, and you do not have to sit through a pitch for them.
2
Pre-booked slots, protected
Booked meetings get a held time and a private space. We do not bump them for walk-ups, which is the whole point of booking.
3
One question, answered properly
Bring the thing your team has been arguing about for a quarter. We will give you a straight answer or tell you we do not have one.

Worth twenty minutes if you own

cmos-marketing-vps
CMOs and marketing VPs
You are setting next year's operating model and want it pressure tested by someone outside the building.
brand-leadership
Brand leadership
You are defending brand investment to a board that reads performance dashboards.
transformation-leads
Transformation leads
You own a change programme that has to survive both a budget cycle and a reorganisation.
We are in Orlando from 20 October
This is the one that books out first. Slots typically go three weeks ahead and we do not take walk-ups for the longer conversations.
Automation without Alienation
calendar-heart-02 August 27, 2026 location New York, NY
WHY WE ARE GOING

The handoff is the whole question

Everyone agrees the answer is AI plus human judgement. Almost nobody can say where the line sits. The useful version of this conversation is specific: which decisions you automate, which you refuse to, and how you can tell the difference before a campaign ships rather than in the post-mortem.

Worth twenty minutes if you own

creative-operations
Creative operations
You are producing more variants than anyone can review, and review is now the bottleneck rather than production.
brand-governance
Brand governance
You need a rule for what gets generated and what does not, that survives contact with a team under deadline.
One day in New York, 27 August
We will send a short read on what held up and what did not, within a week of the session.
Brand Building in the Age of AI

WE ARE WATCHING THIS ONE

LLM visibility is being measured with borrowed metrics

Most of what is currently called AI visibility measurement is SEO thinking with the nouns swapped. Rank, share of voice, impressions. None of it maps cleanly onto a system that synthesises one answer rather than ranking ten links. We are attending to see which approaches survive scrutiny, and we will write up the ones that do.

Worth twenty minutes if you own

brand-and-digital-leads
Brand and digital leads
You have been asked whether the brand shows up in AI answers and have no defensible way to say yes or no.
content-and-seo-teams
Content and SEO teams
Your owned properties were structured for crawlers, not for retrieval, and the difference is starting to cost you.
VIRTUAL EVENT
Virtual, so nothing to visit
We will send a short read on what held up and what did not, within a week of the session.
Measure Smarter, Move Faster
calendar-heart-02 September 15, 2026 location Philadelphia, PA
WHY WE ARE GOING

Your measurement stack is not the problem

Fragmented measurement usually gets blamed on tooling, so the response is another tool. The failure is upstream of any model: nobody named the decision the measurement was meant to inform, so three methods produce three answers, none of them wrong and none of them used. Bring us a dashboard nobody acts on and we will tell you which question is missing from it.

Worth twenty minutes if you own

You are being asked to prove incrementality and the current model will not survive the question.
media-and-performance

ANA Measurement and Analytics Conference
calendar-heart-02 September 28-30, 2026 loc-wh Chicago, IL
WHY WE ARE GOING

Every channel is measured on its own terms

Retail media reports on its own metrics. CTV reports on different ones. Incrementality testing runs on a third basis entirely. Each is defensible alone, and the moment you put them side by side to make a budget decision the comparison is guesswork wearing a chart. We think that is the real measurement problem this year, and it is far less interesting to talk about than AI, which is exactly why it stays unsolved.

Worth twenty minutes if you own

analytics-leadership
Analytics leadership
You are rebuilding the measurement model and want outside reference points before committing to one.
retail-media-and-commerce
Retail media and commerce
You are spending into a channel whose metrics you cannot compare against anything else you run.

BOOK IT NOW
Three days in Chicago, 28 to 30 September
No stand here, but three days leaves room to talk properly. Five days after the AI and Technology conference, so tell us if you are doing both.
Industrial & Manufacturing Day
calendar-heart-02 December 01, 2026 virtual-wh Virtual Event
WE ARE WATCHING THIS ONE

The least solved problem in B2B measurement

Attribution across an eighteen month cycle, through a distributor network you do not control, to a buying group you cannot fully see. Nobody has a clean answer and most vendors pretend otherwise. We are attending because the honest attempts are worth more than the polished ones, and we will write up whichever we hear.

Worth twenty minutes if you own

industrial-marketing
Industrial marketing
You are proving pipeline influence through partners whose data you do not own.
demand-generation
Demand generation
Your lead definitions and your sales team's definitions have never matched and nobody wants to reopen it.
